We strive to keep all the items featured on our site in stock. If your item is in stock it should be dispatched to you within 1-5 working days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email.

Missing or delayed items:

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, customers in Ireland and the EU have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to Cancel

You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing us at info@ofarrellschoolwear.com, or by sending us a completed Model Cancellation Form. You are not obliged to use the form.

Returning Goods

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods must be returned in their original condition (you may inspect them as you would in a shop, but you may be liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary).

When returning items:

  • Please include the merchandise together with a completed returns slip or cancellation form inside the parcel.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
  • If you require an exchange, our returns department will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on your receipt inside the package.

Note: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have delivered the incorrect item in error.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.

  • Customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip, ideally using a recorded delivery service.
  • O’Farrell Schoolwear will refund the cost of reasonable return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
  • Refunds will also include the standard delivery charge you originally paid.
Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to certain items, such as:

  • Customised or personalised goods (e.g. shirt printing) unless the product is faulty.
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
  • Socks and tights, for hygiene reasons.
